MONTESSORI EDUCATION VS. TRADITIONAL EDUCATION

In Montessori schools, students learn from both textbook and the nature outside the textbook. Gardens provide opportunities for different kinds of hand practice and individual explorations. Thus, I introduce the gardening system inside the school to let children learn through five senses. Fun is learning and learning is fun.
By creating vertical communication between floors, connecting the indoor play area and kitchen with the exterior garden, and opening up the ceiling to bring in skylight, I build multi-dimensional connections between the interior and exterior, and making the school into a breathable garden school.
